We’re training Christian school teachers so they’re better equipped—and spiritually empowered—
to be part of God’s transforming work in their students’ lives.
The Sparrow Project.
We offer an 18-month teacher training program - called the Sparrow Project - to underresourced Christian schools to equip and empower teachers to be agents of transformation in their schools. This engaging and interactive program is structured around 33 lessons covering biblical worldview, child development, classroom management, teaching methods, classroom assessment, and lesson planning. Our first cohort launched in October 2025 with 22 teachers from four schools.
